pm: Lunch 🥗 vegan lunch that is prepared mindfully to indulge and nourish + afternoon tea 🫖🍃
Herbs are powerful and we will learn about their properties, slowing down to mindfully take in their magic
pm: Meditation 🧘🏼♂️ A sensual guided meditation facilitated by Dr. Norelyn
pm: Journaling 🌲✍️ You’ll be invited to explore your inner world with curiosity and awe. These reflective prompts will help you uncover desires, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate a deeper connection with your sensual self. You will be able to wander to a space amongst the manzanita grove, in a loft amongst trees, or a hammock to experience forest bathing – a meditative practice of immersing yourself in nature to awaken your senses and restore inner balance. As you walk slowly among the trees, you'll be invited to breathe deeply, listen to the whispers of the wind, feel the earth beneath your feet, and soak in the healing energy of the forest. This gentle practice soothes the nervous system, calms the mind, and reconnects you with the natural world—inviting a sense of peace, presence, and sensual awakening
15pm: Gently return for snacks and calming beverages
30pm: Sound bath 🥣 will seal this day of whole-system nourishment, putting nervous system into deep relaxation after which you are bound to feel rested and rejuvenated
